Domaine de Montmollin – Pinot Noir

The grapes used for Pinot Noir Bio come from 7 communes on Lake Neuchâtel. In the glass, this organic wine has a beautiful color and a bouquet with intense aromas of wild berries and a hint of smoke. On the palate, it has structure and powerful tannins when young. After two or three years, it becomes fuller and more generous.

Pinot Noir Neuchâtel goes well with meat dishes and cheeses.
