The Malt'Broye Festival is an event dedicated to craft beer that was launched in Payerne in 2022. The first edition was held on Saturday, September 3, 2022 on the Place du Marché, bringing together eight local craft breweries, including McBoar and Brasserie Artisanale Broyarde from Payerne, as well as Triumvirat from Avenches, Extra Muros from Romont, Les Gobelins from Thierrens, L'Improbable from Ependes, Brasserie Kaess from Champagne and Brasserie du Jorat from Ropraz.

The aim of the festival is to share the know-how of local breweries and democratize craft beer, often perceived as special or heavy. For the first edition, musical entertainment accompanied the tastings, with performances by drummers and bagpipers from Avenches Tattoo, as well as the group "Nothing else brewers", created for the occasion.
